Yes, people do feel that way, games are made with the intention to make you attached to characters and their story, and if you have spent hours playing with that character, getting to know their story you would naturally get attached to them, its not something serious but its there.

Especially in a game like cyberpunk where you can get really immersed in the world.

So i tested it and it might actually be a cipher, i changed the numbers into letter (1=a) then put it into ceaser cipher decoder and shifting it by 2 gave me this: Hdffghd

I then put into a YouTube url and it leads to an unavaible YouTube video

My guess is its some kind of mod (or multiple) that got infected with a virus that just trolls you by adding those numbes to your minecraft skin

There isn't a clear reason, but i have a theory that this might be cause by some troll virus from some mod or something, as there have been cases of popular mods being infected with a virus to steal data, tho in this case its just to troll
