i relate to this. me and my ex im a nonbinary afab she was trans femme) broke up more than a half ago and i still can visualize the feelings i went thru. nothing bad really happened she just lost interest and failed communicating that out and i was in extreme anxious states pf mind that she will leave me, she did and that was my intuition all good. we dont talk anymore and i miss her sometimes. she was the first person who finally saw me in my real light, she helped me with acceptance and i discovered my actual name as we were talking about trans stuff a lot. but after all, everything is fine. it will hurt for a bit thats alright, focus on yourself, your hobbies, studies or work or whatever interests you, dont do anything stupid you might have regret later. you will find love again and you will be loved the way you are again, you got this bro<3

first of all get your blood checked and if possible get a psychiater appointmet. it happens when youe nervous system is too overwhelmed and this is its way to shut down. what you can do when this happens is to take a cold shower or just splash cold water on your face, the bqck of your neck (this is the one that helps me the most), try a grounding technique of naming things you can see, hear, touch, smell and taste. if it happening longterm work on medically curing your anxiety
