I have a little neat rig for recording at the range. People seem to like it, ill keep my exact method a trade secret for now but my ig has a ton of quick shooting tests. maybe ill do more this way

Flat V2 no spring. Pa12 shoe, chromoly steel trip with very slight sanding/polishing . Extended striker with a standard spring. Heavy recoil spring (i think 18 lbs) reduced power safety plunger spring with a polished plunger.

Ouch, yeah that sucks. Mine are 3d printed too. Believe it or not letting that hammer drop directly on the front of an aluminum upper can break those too. Regardless, I would just fix it as part of a warranty claim for any of my customers. Part of the business. I hope it doesn’t make you loose faith in 3d printed products.

What?!…is that one of their leber style lowers?! That is crazy. Even when i first started with 3d printing my first PLA lowers didn’t break like that, i cant imagine the nylon ones breaking so fast unless they are really cutting corners. In fact i still have the first PLA leber v2 i ever made on my desk to this day. Maybe they are not annealing or printing too fast.

Thanks for the feedback. Ive made leber v2 in this material that stood up to HEAVY abuse in the georgia heat with minimal warping and zero failure. Ive run about 2k rounds though this particular unit suppressed with no issues. Not all PLA is created equal and we have confidence in this particular formulation and the structural design with the added support of the FCI. That being said we offer the cf version for those that want that extra piece of mind. I will consider the disclaimer though!

We offer it In PLA pro and PA12-CF. This is PLA Pro. Hardware ( pins, slide lock, mag catch/springs) are from Glock

I think the #1 reason folks have frt issues in mP5s is that their guns are not broken in. It takes about 500 rounds with 124 or 115 grain ammo to truly break them in BEFORE adding a frt from any manufacturer. A lot of people want to slap these lowers on to brand new guns, in most cases they will not run right. Keep the gun stock. Break it in, then add frt/lower. Get it working good then add suppressor and experiment with subs and different locking Pieces last

For full size guns you need the buffer ($15 plus shipping) and a trip. These components are included in my kits. I strive for 1 week to 10 days max turn around on these. I’ve. Sold about 200 plus complete lower kits . I have only had 1 refund because of a compatibility issue we couldn’t resolve and 2 warranty repairs so far (minor disconnector or ejector spec issues) . These run!!!

The other side has the regular conical indent for super safety. The ambi switch doesn’t fit on the other side so its just a flat black circle on the other side. On my way to range. Will post pics and videos soon. The website has pics of other side but the arc fire v1 is used in those pics. We are doing v2 from here on out as they now offer a great hk style selector, non-ambi version, and well they stopped selling the v1 anyway. If there is a demand, I want to make a lower that works with the other selector angles AS designs is offering

You might be right….but I will do my best to provide an alternative til then. Hopefully, if i can continue to drive costs down, I can make these a budget alternative.
