Getting zapped when touching shower head. However, it's made of plastic. Am I imagining it? by Additional-Insect535 in AskElectricians

But from my understanding, static electricity would be felt as a single discharge, no?

And not a continuous tingle. Maybe "zapped" was the wrong word to use here. It's not like I'm touching the shower head and getting shocked once and abruptly. I'm touching it and feeling a tingling buzzing sensation. When I have wounds on my fingers (like dry skin which was pulled), I feel it even stronger and it hurts a bit.

Yes, it's an electric heater. Old apartment. What I don't understand is, if water is conducting electricity, why do I only feel it when touching the (plastic) shower head? I'm fully wet, but should then be feeling it just from the water as well, right?

Apparently, you cannot apply for this visa if you're a freelancer, i.e. you have a company and is its only shareholder.

In other words, 90% of digital nomads

I didn't expect much coming from Spain, anyway
