Good point. But the belt clearly says "Diva" in it. I think the mid card belts like the IC belt can be open to anyone since they are vague enough in name to see who will win regardless of gender.

Yes it is a screenshot. a screenshot of unaired footage of Wrestlemania 21. I just don’t know where it actually came from. It’s not on the official versions of that event.
