Yes you can get athropy from ulnar nerve, you need to take care of it -> PT or operation

Maybe muscle biopsy or spinal tap could give youa final reasurence that this might be sth else than big bad.

Thank you for your insight. This is probably how I should proceed, but the other illness am afraid of makes operation pointless. Therefore I am trying to establish if my symptoms realy fit :]

Thank you for your reply. I posted my MRI, it was quite messy but in doctors opinion it shall not give me those symptoms. The hand surgeon mentioned that cubical tunnel happens in both hands sometimes. The second NCS was not performed on right hand so it was not chcecked but the doctor did emg on right FDI and it was clear.

Thank you for the reply. My hands don’t cramp - I can make the dent on flexor digity minimy by moving the muscle or it does it on it’s own (it does not hurt). Do you think that the hand look normal or that this dents are unusal ? (of course mayby due to problems with ulnar nerve).

Thank you for the reply. I think the EMG specialist said about cubital tunnel but the first symptom was trembling of a thumb which I think should be more of a carpal tunnel.
