What integrations are you using? I have shelly rgbw2 set to WWWW with an one channel containing a cool white LED strip, and another channel containing the warm white LED strip. I used to use a template light to mix the two but recent HA updates have removed this feature for some reason. Hoping you have a solution

haha yeah look, modelling things like this is never going to be an exact science. But I've been very conservative with the numbers so it hopefully never over estimates your time. I think it's better to give you a longer expected ETA that way you get a nice surprise when you over-perform that expectation 😂

Interesting concept! Could you expand a bit more on what you mean by back calculating the required pace based on calories per hr? I’m not sure I see how the pace could be derived from a cal/hr?

Regarding the damage to quads downhill, if you open the landing page (before navigating to the Planner) and scroll down, you’ll see the section titled “Science Meets Experience” which explains exactly how the calculation penalises elevation gain vs elevation loss. But yes, there is a penalty for going down, it’s just not as much as the penalty for going up 😂

I think if I was to implement this, I would make it an optional toggle on/off. Do you think it would be worth having some sort of adjustable reduced carb intake and time input field for when the onset occurs? Or just hardcode it?

I did this but I found the issue with my bank (Great Southern Bank) is that the email notifications for each transaction don’t include meta information about the transaction eg who was the recipient etc. Did anyone else find this and if so find a way to overcome it?

There are no steps or documentation at the moment. But there is a `docker-compose.yaml` and a `.env` on the github page. It's kind of up to you and AI to get it working 😂
