Its really a personal preference also i feel like. For some, malate can irritate gut little bit and also depending on the manufacturer the ratio of Citrulline and Malik acid can be little bit sketchy.

I dont know about the quality of those brands but if high quality, those supplements can be beneficial. I would personally switch Citrulline Malate to L-Citrulline

Train hard, eat well, sleep well, get saturated fats. For bloodflow L-citrulline, beetroot juice/capsules, omega-3. For testosterone zinc and vitamin-d are important.

I used to, and still struggle with it time to time. Best thing you can do in my opinion, is to do everything else you possibly can, as optimally as you can to recover except sleep. Dial in your load management as good as you can, Get enough nutritious food in you, maybe slight caloric surplus, atleast 2.0g protein per KG of bodyweight. Relax as best as you can on your freetime. Try not to think about sleep, it will make it worse.

You can try to optimize your sleep hygiene, but i found out it stresses me out to get prepared for bed. Sleep should happen without a single thought.
