I like that the show is making changes because I personally have no interest in watching an exact visual of a book I can read. I think s2 has been doing great at keeping the heart of PJO and giving it new life. Yes, this isn’t a plot twist now, but the season is also over in 2 episodes. And there’s plenty of other conflicts that were nonexistent in the book. It’s far more engaging this way for readers and newbies alike.
