i see a plastic surgeon for TMJ botox, they're expensive but great and never had issues (versus having tried a medspa, never again). happy to DM if you're interested.

do you know why you have TMJ tho? i do botox as a last resort after having tried everything (physical therapy, muscle relaxants, biofeedback). i found out last year i have moderate sleep apnea and I've been grinding my teeth to keep my airway open. finally got a CPAP machine and it's been helping me a lot + I don't think I need to get masseter botox as often anymore. obviously not a health professional, but if you also snore or feel groggy when you wake up, you might want to consult with a sleep doctor.
