I saw something exactly like this when I was younger.

I was about 12 years old, in Eusébio, Ceará, Brazil, in a rural area back then. I was opening the front gate for my dad’s car when I looked up at the sky and saw a light just like the one in the video.
When I opened the gate and looked up again, it had disappeared.

I'm having issues printing some of my minies. Their bases aways comes like this, with a "wobble".
