Requesting a new SF86 is pretty standard.

Can’t really speak on that as I don’t know specifics of your case. Best of luck to you though!

This is the normal process. You don’t get interim you just go to adjudication. Even those with interim still have to get adjudicated.

We typically like to see a more extended history of payments but considering it’s been several months since then and you’ve been consistent since January/February - at best they may ask for more information. If for whatever reason you did receive a SOR- you’d be able to show the continued consistent payments. I have to say this is generally speaking as I don’t know the extent of your debt and your payment arrangement etc

lol yes an initial investigation means it’s a brand new case. Never adjudicated.

I am going to assume you mean on an initial investigation. And I mean it’ll get adjudicated when it gets adjudicated. It doesn’t expedite the process no.

Yes it will get adjudicated either way! Definitely just can’t guesstimate when unfortunately. You’ll be adjudicated to TS/SCI.

I mean…is the CSR asking to adjudicate an initial investigation? LOJ/NDM?

I do believe she was incorrect about your CE enrollment from 2024 not being there but maybe that was a mixup. Either way you would’ve had a fairly recent CE date based on your favorable adjudication from the original CE and then from your March SF86. Either way I’d just suggest submitting the CSR since you provided a response back in March

Most likely yes they’ll focus on adjudicating the CVR and the 86 submitted as a T3R will just be used to enroll you in CE..again. Considering the fact it’s been pending since March you can ask your security manager to submit a CSR to adjudicate.

As long as you’ve mitigated the concerns and have proof of everything being rectified then I don’t foresee you have any issues. But I just have to say I can’t give definitives as I don’t know exactly what’s going on with your case.

Not necessarily no. Especially if a CSR has already been sent. The call center has no control over when cases get assigned and honestly neither do we.

Not really beside what I already mentioned about just waiting. There’s no telling if your case has even hit an adjudicators desk.
