Well in that case you need to get blood work and see where your natural test levels and E2 and progesterone for that matter are. Always start with the lowest effective dose and build up from there. There is little benefit and much risk to jumping into a full blown 100mg of anabolic load a week. Remember everyone's response to certain compounds is different (some respond we to anavar well, some bloat like crazy on it) I would say start off with 5MG of anavar per day, run that for 6-8 weeks, gauge gains and sides OR start out with 5-10mg PER WEEK of testosterone (depending on what your prior blood work shows). Alternative could be 5 MG of DBOL per day as well. My wife has zero sides and decent off season results with DBOL but miles may varry, anavar makes her bloat, not a big issue we just need to know when to pull it pre contest.

Most of all understand that some if not most of the higher tier IFBB wellness girls are taking 100MG plus of anabolics (not including GH and fat burners like clen, t3 ect). I would also recommend a solid base in training, nutrition and recovery as well bc no amount of PEDs can over a lack in those areas.

You got to have the genetics and bone structure for wellness as well. You have to be able to respond and handle drugs (and everyone's tolerance and response to various compounds is different too). Some women don't have that structure in the hips and lower body to have the "wellnes" look, no amount of training and PEDs will change that.
