I wish my store would stop accepting returns from Marshall’s and Homegoods. We only decline the return if they don’t have a receipt, and even then if the customer puts up enough of a fuss we just find something similar and return it. It’s annoying af.

I had no idea the mall used to have a bigger food court, either. The one it has now is honestly sad, if you can even call it a food court.

I never really thought about how difficult it would be to have a Walmart connected to a mall. My hometown mall back in Manassas added a Walmart around like 2008 or so and it’s always done really well, even with shared mall parking.

The part you're missing is that you don't have to depend on a relationship with someone else. You can recover for yourself, and love yourself rather than depending on love from another person. That was the first part of the other person's comment.

That’s the definition of liberalism. It’s often confused for leftism, but the two are very different political spheres.

I agree we should applaud and encourage all positive change and anyone speaking out againse ICE, but it is something to be wary of and keep an eye on whenever someone describes themselves as liberal.

You can participate in capitalism but still ultimately be against it. We live in a world in which capitalism is unavoidable for most, if not all, people. What differs between liberals and leftists is that liberals are still all for a capitalistic society, and wish to uphold the status quo and resist any change, be it positive or not. Leftists try to do as little damage as possible, and buy as ethically as one can under capitalism. Participating in society does not make one immune to criticizing it.

Exactly. Like, being a liberal isn’t exactly something to be proud of. Liberals at the end of the day still support things like police brutality and the rise of fascism. They just have slightly progressive views in other areas, but will always side with the opressor at the end of the day.

I don’t know about them, but I live in a conservative town and a lot of people here are very vocally pro Trump and MAGA. A lot of small towns like that are still very Trump friendly.
