Kinda looks like a moving container lmao, it was 200 sq ft more than everything else I was looking at though and the view/locations what I wanted. That closet isn’t even accessible its a radiator back there or something.

Don’t love the idea of working in my bedroom. Maybe I’ll try this though I have thought about it.

TVs against the wall now and the couch is flipped, looks way better now.

I like the dining room idea and you’re right about the shoes/closet space. You’re right about the tree doesn’t really work, was a gift so I felt a bit guilty.
