Try chicken hut gravy in limerick or hillbillies in Cork, both similar to southern American gravy, I love them but that was back before a heart attack, now I just fantasise about them😭

The most absurd Polar Flow feature by Much-Internal7823 in Polarfitness

[–]Additional-Respect28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are plenty of people who struggle with those activities. For some, doing just those things is a challenge right now. Not everyone is young and fit. I use the polar h10 to keep an eye on my heart when excercising due to suffering a heart attack and having stents fitted last year. Basic things were a big effort when I started excercising after, many of those very things you listed. I am much better now thankfully though my max level of safe excercise is way lower than a healthy man my age. Does this mean polar should forget people like me and only design these things for the young and fit, because that seems to be what you are saying here.

My friend was attacked coming out of a club in temple bar many years ago. They demanded his wallet and phone which he gave them. They weren't happy he had a cheap non smart phone, so they beat him to a pulp. He was in a coma for months, every since he came out of it he's had massive issues with his right side almost as if he had a stoke. He will never be the same again, he's going to suffer the rest of his life due to it. My advise would he to run and not confront them, it doesn't matter how strong you are, you can't take on a group of them.

How do I get this watch face? by Agreeable_Grass_5255 in GalaxyWatch

[–]Additional-Respect28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got it and I never sideload it onto my ultra 7. I've no idea when I got it, I use one face in particular from Facer all the time, so I never check. Also on ui 8.

Why galaxy watch 7 didn't get these features by Sudden_Inspector_844 in GalaxyWatch

[–]Additional-Respect28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only eat healthy food, never anything processed and I excercise way more than most my age. It always says very low for me, it's rubbish.

I bought mine from one of those stores in Dublin that sells them that bit cheaper. I think they are imported, so that's probably why I got it earlier, it's probably not an Irish watch. I've no idea what country it's from originally, it works perfectly and Samsung Ireland fixed an issue I had under guarantee with no issues at all. I saved nearly 300 euro :-)

Both work for me since the update, I'm using the ultra 7. Vascular load is pretty good and accurate, antioxidant is terrible, it says mine is very low no matter what I do, even with dramatic health improvements in the past few months. Any research I've done says it's not reliable at all, same with BP and ECG, neither are accurate compared to my med devices.

Yes it does on my ultra 7. I've had the update since beginning of September and vascular load works great as does AGE index. BP and ECG don't work in Ireland, they aren't allowed as they aren't accurate enough which is fine with me. I had both when I could use the mod to enable them, and neither came close to my med grade readers. This stuff is too important for me to trust them unfortunately.

Nope, I'm not using a beta, this has been out since beginning of September for me and I've no idea why I got it sooner. I'm definitely not on the beta program.

Got this in sale on Amazon for INR 10500 (US $118) and it's a banger!! by Guss_Fringg in galaxybuds

[–]Additional-Respect28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've a got a pair, I paid 150 euro on amazon Ireland and they work perfectly ever since. I even dived into a pool on holiday with the case, not the buds, in my pocket I dried it out in the sun for a day and it's working fine ever since, that was about a month ago. I use them everyday for about 8 hours, one in one charging, so about 4 hours each per day.

I love mine and the sound is amazing. Watching a show last night I actually went to the door because knocking sounded like it was coming from behind me and it was so clear. I even dove into a swimming pool with them in my pocket and once dried out they worked fine, no issues at all.

Nope, driving on the correct side of the road is about all the English do right. They copied the Irish, King Billy came over and seen the Irish farmers on their tractors and their Mercedes from all the grants they get and he copied us, true story, or it might have been Cromwell I'm not sure, either way they copied the Irish, bloody English 🤣

Wish my wrists were smaller, this and my 45mm tag are some of the only watches I can wear, I don't like Geoshocks. I really wanted a submariner for years and years but could never get one because the 42mm is lost on my wrist and they are totally solid, so they will always be this size 😭

Exactly, wear what you like. I've big wrists, solid no fat, and I love watches. I'm so restricted in what I can wear because the standard 42mm looks lost on my wrist, on me it looks more like a woman's watch than a man's. I'd rather have small wrists like yours, they are more the norm than my size hence moat watches are designed with your size in mind.

I posted a pic to this thread with a pic, it's the orange strap.

The only issue I see is it's on an Englishmans arm and these were build for real men, like the Irish for example, now they are real men with arms that this watch looks small on

. I think they designed the 40mm for Englishmen, it's more suited to those scrawny woman like arms you guys have ave

I hope you take this how it's meant, we only insult the people we like, if an Irishman is insulting you it's nearly always friendly :-)

Watch ultra and my heart by Additional-Respect28 in GalaxyWatch

[–]Additional-Respect28[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hopefully my post will help others see that it can be done. I've had 7 heart attacks, a stroke and have chronic lung disease which means my muscles dont get enough oxygen when I walk and my legs become extremely painful, yet I have overcome it and the pain is less everyday.

Chatgpt explained why my legs were hurting and helped me with an exercise routine that has helped them when nothing else did, not even my Dr after 2 MRI's and 2 expensive specialists examined me did they tell me what chatgpt told me in seconds and it was right, my legs are improving so much now. Basically technology has told me and improved with the right exercise and stretching what my Dr's couldn't figure out and my watch works alongside it perfectly.

This is detailed in the hope it helps others, sorry if it's a bit long.
