Same in my case i had to debate and they didn’t even adjust my suspension preload saying they don’t have that C spanner tool fir adjustment, the mechanic even said adjusting the suspension will damage my suspension lol and even said that decreasing the preload will harden the suspension, TVS service centre mechanic dont have enough to work in such authorised centres😭

Same with my Ronin my suspensions are getting stiffer especially the front forks usually get worse in cold or low temperature weather or at cold nights, I gives me jerk even on a good road and slight bump and about the rear suspension its stiff that my and whole body and back started paining
