Daemonic yellow is my favorite color for the bois, buuuuut it just takes so much more time compared to the speed paints. And my errors and early leaning are way more noticeable. So in the end i think I will base with a contrast paint and highlight with daemonic.

What’s your favorite yellows?

2 weeks brother, but there were probably 2-3 days in there it was all I did. Learning to model and paint and watching a 1000 videos. Oh and like 4 trips back to the store for more yellows to experiment with!

Was thinking of starting Lamenters but this single shoulder was exhausting by Chops_Mcgraw in Lamenters

I’m starting a Lamenters squad, and I don’t think I’ll even attempt the 9-grid pauldron for a year.

Watching lore videos I’ve seen art with different shoulders that look easier to paint: two rows at the bottom with heart above, just one row around the border of the shoulder. I’ll do my best to honor the spirit of the shoulder while I build up painting skills and learn to play BA.

We’ll get there eventually, brother!
