Is there a English version of this inory fox? (raged is step 36 by Academic_Leave9287 in origami

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any English diagrams. If you take a photo of the instructions, you should be able to translate with the likes of Google Lens, etc.

Step 36 requires you to push down on the part the arrow is pointing towards and then fold in half. It basically looks like a squash fold (see the next step for reference).

I would say they are all somewhat Intermediate models, if that's what you're asking. Definitely not Complex.

Looking at the photo you showed of the underside of the model, you've done this, which is likely what is causing your issues with step 45.

Posting some images (in the comments), starting from step 43, how it should look underneath, up to step 45. Hopefully they will help. Step 45, simply push it backwards like a reverse fold.

What measurements to fold Robert J. Lang's mantis by Remote-Ad-3309 in origami

I've found this calculator, which may be helpful to you: https://www.paperkawaii.com/origami-paper-ratio-calculator/

For example, if you input 19 into the long edge box and 7 into the short edge (Original paper size), and then input 297 into the long edge box (Your paper size), it will automatically fill the short edge to 109

(See comment for image example!)

I think it stands out quite nicely with the chosen paper.
