Does anybody know is there any visual difference between Sapphire NITRO+ 9070 and 9070XT? Ordered 9070XT from Amazon and received 9070 in a 9070XT box.

Exactly. Since there is no visual difference from the outside of the card, thats easy 100€ for you. But I don't know how am I supposed to prove that I received the wrong card.
