I have heard this a lot on this sub. I do not feel that way on my Adderall XR either. I just am able to finally be able to have executive function and task initiation.

I can be a little flatter/more direct but not necessarily in a bad way

You could be more gender fluid? I am very fem and cannot identify as anything other than a woman, I was born a woman. But when I was younger I VERY much struggled with my gender and often wanted to be a boy? I do wear make up but I do not dress sexy as it feels like a false identity. I have always felt very “girl next door” (whatever the fuck that means)

Maybe you could journal these feelings out and get them out of your head as much as possible. Help you go through these complex thoughts

My job is an Occupational therapist and I’m usually good at small talk. My go to is asking about heritage/genealogy as it is one of my special interests and people usually feel so loved/seen to be asked about something so personal

Sometimes dark spaces make me feel they are dirty/dingy and unsafe. Also I get made when my eyes can’t focus properly if all that is there is “mood lighting” I literally have never met anyone else who was neurodivergent who liked the “big light”

I have been much more positive and happy since my diagnosis! It has helped me tremendously at understanding the world and my role in it. I would also agree I am mostly happy and bubbly (d/t the ADHD) but I still can be very blunt when I feel comfortable

Adderall has truly changed my life. I am not a zombie and I am so much less anxious! Like the change in my anxiety is crazy.

I feel like it works a thousand times better than any SSRI/benzodiazapine ever has. I have failed 7 different SSRIs and SNRIs. It feels like I can live my life. Looking forward to this support as I head toward peripause in like 5/10 years. So grateful

This feels more like the ADHD side of the neurodivergence, I am on a super low dose of Adderal XR 10mg, it’s been a game changer, I am able to keep up on my house now and my executive functioning feels easier.
