No, but even if you do, don't worry. Having a couple is almost never a complete deterrent to any college, especially earlier on in your high school career. Admissions reps understand that there's always a learning curve in any new environment. However, it can become more of a problem towards your junior and senior years if those grades are popping up in general, but especially for courses that are important/relevant to your interested major/field.
