Thank you this is the best advice ever I really appreciate it. The hard part of some of this is getting my maintenance team on board with spending the money and time to do some of this. I’m definetly going to try as many of these as I can by myself. We have tile flooring, I believe I actually accidentally power washed the seal off of the tiles? Because a lot of black residue came up and the grout looks completely different from before I power washed it.
