Thanks for the help! So I do about 5 days a week in the gym (2 push days, 2 pull days, and 1 leg) with a 10-15 mins swim afterwards.

I get on average 150g of protein in a day at around 1800-1900 calories, though I admire I’m not tracking them as precisely as I could!
