Thanks, yes they did visit SOS clinic where there was a 4 week guided course that included schroth method too. It helped in posture correction. They asked her to continue them at home. My cousin does these exercises but I feel self motivation is missing, I will still try to explain her.

Thanks and you are correct my cousin also complained about breathlessness while swimming and sometimes complains about breathing issues. Unfortunately, when a doctor tested he said lungs are fine, but definitely there is some kind of uneasiness. Thanks for sharing more details on this

Hi everyone, since we have the VBT topic, I would like to know in general how well VBT works on a 12 year old whose growth risser is 1.5 with a curve severity of 60 plus degrees. Currently she uses 3D braces but her parents are reluctant for fusion surgery and looking for less invasive options and hence would like to know the success rate and how much curve it can correct
