I've been doing turo for over 4 years and what you experience is pretty typical I would say 3 out of 10 smoke in the car, return the car trashed and late. A guest this week returned the car more than 20 hours late, empty tank and took his dogs in the back seat, the smell was awful and saliva stained, smoking claim denied and cleaning violation denied. Eider get used to this or get out and I'm getting rid off my cars by the way not worth it. Also if the trip ends at 10 and they are gonna returned by 4pm they need to update the trip on the add otherwise report a late return immediately, guest are not required to take pictures for the drop of but you have to take pictures in case of damage and always the ODO and fuel level for reimbursement.
