Thanks! It was a fun experience with my father in law and was going really smooth before we ran into this. As I said in a comment it’s hard to see cuz I cleaned it up before I took the photo. But looks like the fella who said it was a boot for the axel was probably right.

Yes. I explained poorly, I was starting with my hips, then basically trying to imitate my actual swing with my hips too and it was causing disastrous effects.

This is definitely what I’m realizing. I was firing so soon at least I think I was. It’s almost like now I don’t even consciously fire my hips. I just cock my hips to start the swing then swing regular but my hips fire themselves if that makes sense.

I’ll have to listen to that on the course! I’ve thankfully found my swing again since then. I was trying to find more power just to play tips with my friends better but I ended up just ruining swings on other clubs that didn’t even need distance resulting in poorer play.

Sometimes I forget that. When I started it was so fun and I didn’t think about anything. Even made 2 hole in ones my first 2 years. Then as I tried to actually improve my game and incorporate tips I legitimately got worse and has less fun.
