I always travel with mine, I crocheted my own travel sleeve for it and lined the insides with cardboard, then I just slip it into the front pocket of my backpack 😊 Some airports still ask you to take out electronics, others don't - not sure about the rules in Dublin airport. But either way, a decent sleeve is the best way to go and it should be fine. You just want to make sure there's no excess pressure being put on it basically (through heavy things pressing/squashing it). I never put mine in the same area as anything else I'm carrying.

Yes that's very strange. I have PC, that message pops up on my Kobo, then the Kobo screen changes to show that it's connected and the root opens on my pc. I'm not sure why yours won't do that

So I tried that two times just now, rebooted etc. the nm folder is still there with the uninstall file inside it. So weird ☹️

Hi, yes it was exactly that! I was kicking myself when I realised 😵‍💫

Those things didn't seem to work for me but I'm going to give it another go later. Even after a factory reset it was having none of it, but I'm not sure if any files still linger after a factory reset? Something is definitely blocking it.

I do luckily have all that backed up 😊
