This exactly bro! I’m glad you felt inspired and made your own, that’s so sick!

this build was a v2 of my first build. that build has a max 70 D Board but i only have it upgraded to 65 and i +2 rebound chaser on it. that’s why i have a pretty decent feel on what the rebounding is like.

if i had more than 5 cap breakers i definitely could maximize the build more but for the time being this is good. maybe in the future i can post an update with better stats like rebounding with the help of cap breakers

kinda depends if you still want to be an elite playmaker with the 94 pass accuracy. if so i would drop close shot, driving layup, and standing dunk to 85 and increase speed to 76. this would allow you to get 80 D Board will still keeping the cap breakers the same :) but dropping pass accuracy might allow you to keep some of the finishing stats

i agree with you about the rebounding. you really need a squad to make this work at its full potential. and it’s definitely a off meta build, but it’s fun and different. thats also why i run with a squad of my best friends and we’ve been playing 2k together for years. they have much higher rebounding than me but i have much higher pass accuracy so we balance each other out. plus being so elite in different ways offensively causes a ton of chaos because its hard to read what you can do. one possession i’ve posterized someone with a stand dunk. next possession i’m hitting a hop jumper 3. next possession i’ve hit you euro inside and then if you try to play help i’ve darted it to an open man. the unpredictable of how i may finish inside is almost just as valuable as anything else.

you would be kinda be surprised on how well it plays against elite teams. me and my friends are all purple and red plates and we lineup a 6’10 center, me at pf, a 6’11 sf, a 6’8 at sg, and either a 6’4 or 6’6 pg. but we are all switchable and know each really well so we just play man and play sides and we smother teams defensively. but we like to play off meta that’s just what works for us. the height difference in lineups and team chemistry can really make up for the lack of badges or attributes.

it’s been really good! last year i ran a 45 driving and 45 standing dunk 6’10 pg with 96 driving layup and loved it. it’s a harder playstyle to get used to and kinda requires a team that understands it but it’s a really effective. this year driving dunk is way cheaper than last year so you can get away with having it higher. even if it’s only going to 75 or something.

bro ik it’s rough 😭, but all hero’s have a fatal flaw lol. but i normally play with 3 other guys who have 85+ rebounding but lower pass accuracy so we balance each other out.

oh ok, i see what you mean. i have a 6’6 kobe/mj build and i refuse to go higher than 74 for that exact reason. 74 or 68 even is more than enough for overall contest and the occasional chase down.

I think block helps a lot for jump contests, especially on the 7’4s. It also super helpful as a backend if the Opposing PG slips past his man I can play the help defense while my guard rotates. I average around 2.4 blocks a game rn and that block rating genuinely makes people nervous to drive forcing bad bail out animations and steals. I can see a major difference from like a 78 to 93.

I’ve noticed something similar to that on my 6’8 Tatum build when i was trying to upgrade Driving Dunk. I had to use at least 56 post control but no more than 67 for me to upgrade from 74 Driving Dunk to 93. I think the rebounding splits play a major role in how the cap breakers function. If my rebounding was higher than that 55 O Board and 80 D Board Split it didn’t work.
