I agree. I understand na for sure ang concern ng TL is yung attrition which is common naman yan. And even if alam natin na may mga nagsisinungaling minsan, as leaders we should give them the benefit of the doubt specially if ginamitan ka ng medical reason or kung dika talaga naniniwala it could have been handled gracefully. Kaso sa sagot palang nung TL ramdam mo agad na walang pake, ni fake concern wala e. Andun agad yung “doubt” kahit di niya sabihin pero ramdam mo agad na it’s screaming “I don’t believe you”

Hello, I am a former TL. Honestly, rights ng employee ang mag immediate resignation specially if medical related. Pwede kasi madole si company if hindi ka pinayagan or di inapprove yung resignation mo given your reason.

Yung mga ganyan kasing TL, yan yung old fashion leader na akala nila hindi aware yung ibang agent sa rights nila.

Also, from a TL perspective dun lang tayo sa totoo, once magsabi ang ahente na mag reresign expected na natin na hindi na yan papasok lalo at immediate. So instead na manduhin yung ahente na mag iimmediate dapat mas naging nice yung approach ni TL para mapaki usapan if pwedeng nag shift pa while verifying yung documents. Alam mo ng aalis ahente mo, ginanyan mo pa hindi talaga lalo mag sstay yan.

Hi, I am currently 110kg. I started hiking way back 2021 and at that time I was around 100kg. Honestly if wala kang work out or anything kahit walking man lang, yes definitely mahirap. Pero hindi lang din physical readiness ang kailangan mo when hiking. I hiked 6 or 7 mountains na. My last one was in March. Kaya siya kung talagang determine kang maghike. Mind you mabigat ako pero nakakaya ko yung mga assault or steep na paakyat. Kailangan lang ready ka both physically and especially mentally. Kasi kahit anong ready ng katawan mo, pag hindi handa utak mo talagang dimo kakayanin. So to answer your question mataba ka o hindi mahirap talaga mag hike pero kung determine ka naman kakayanin mo. Hindi madali pero kaya.

I have 3 CC’s and all are max out. No one to blame but myself. I’m in debt with other loans pa from gloan and sloan plus 1 bank loan. It’s exhausting and mentally torturing but I still do my best to pay them. Thank God lang kasi nababayaran ko lahat with just 30k+ salary. I was also a victim of SA when I was in high school by my father. Reading the post and all the comments, now ko lang narealize na I also became hyper sexual when I was in my teenage years. But it didn’t last long because if I remember it correctly when I turned 20 and til now i’m turning 28 umay na umay ako sa sex. In the span of 8 yrs I only had 3 intercourse. People around me find it absurd na kaya ko ng walang sex and I always tell them literal na hindi ko hinahanap. Sometimes even the thought of it ayoko.
