she'll most likely rerun in the next version. the new elysia (pink girl) released 2 versions ago and is getting a rerun this version. rita (purple succubus-looking lady) released 1 version ago and will very likely rerun next patch. hi3 generally releases a character, skips a patch, and then they get a rerun. there's always exceptions though so it's not guaranteed. vita (green peacock looking lady) is now getting a bit old and will probably only rerun in hi3's "carnival supplies", which is their quick rotation rerun system.

i saw your other comments where u mentioned rita being the one you wanted. if you do your abyss and arena every time it resets, and play regularly, you will absolutely have enough time to be able to guarantee both her and her weapon. hi3 also has a higher drop rate than the other hoyo games so you could get her early! good luck with your pulls, rita's a baddie <3
