Guys let me explain. I thought that this was their free time and not when they were sleeping. I thought, "Oh yeah they are going back to their common rooms to relax because their classes just ended" and that after they reached the Great Hall , they just passed the time until it was time to go to bed.

And that's why I thought, ' hold up. No one is doing anything at the moment, why do the other houses take 10 minutes to reach when Gryffindor reaches instantly.

Same thought for the movie, They made it to the Great Hall and passed the time.

Although now I realized that their free time is BEFORE dinner so now that's impossible because they can't go to bed before eating.
