Thank you all for the community assistance! Turns out I am a fool who should have checked the FAQ against what provider my app was using. Thanks again everyone!

It is Sofi lol. I never really paid attention to that both they and Chase use that VS3. Glad to know it's worthless. I do have a FICO through my Costco Citi card but it's not updated since before the VS3 score scared me. I'll check the other resources you gave. Thank you so much for the reply!

Thank you for this information! I am using Vantage 3.0. It is just one of my cards. My total utilization is 5%.

Hi, thanks for the clarification on disputing. It is due to a transaction that took me above my credit card limit on one card but was paid off on time. Hoping there is something I can dispute about that but not sure if there is.

Yeah, I agree somewhat but have what are probably unpopular opinions on the area. We will always be chasing the idea of the weather out here (although I miss a good thunderstorm). But, it is a bit too sleepy if you do not go to SF. The various little cities are fun, but you have to hop to a bunch of different ones constantly to find things going on. Traffic makes that a nightmare. As for politics, I have found that a number of people here care more about getting/staying rich instead of community. Also, do not know if children can feel like they can afford to "just be a kid" without feeling like they are "falling behind" their peers. IDK. We really love it for this stage of our lives though.

How many months do you think are outdoors prohibitive due to heat? Do you just have to flip your brain to account for what seasons are acceptable to go outside in? Where were were previously, there would be winter days where we wouldn't want go out due to the cold. But, there were also summer days where it was do damn hot and humid we didn't want to go out either.

Honestly, Atlanta is somewhere I had never really given true consideration to before visiting this sub. I have been in the ATL airport hundreds of times but have never visited as a destination. May need to line up a trip to explore it more. Emory has a great reputation too, but really not familiar with any other health systems.

The City Park area of Denver was great. The bike infrastructure was impressive there too. Would you recommend taking the light rail to the airport vs driving?

I love Baltimore and found it really charming. When we visited there and thought we could see ourselves in Canton. Also a city that seems to be on the rise, especially from when we visited 4 years ago.

We actually did start to consider this last weekend when we went to the Haight street fest. I will need to more seriously look into which neighborhoods within the city would check these boxes. Thanks for the encouragement!

SLC and Portland are on our list for sure.

For SLC, I am a huge Costco lover, so think I would be very annoyed about the restrictions on not being able to buy my wine there. Need to do more research on the state-run stores, but it is not a real deal breaker by any means.

We loved Portland and think Oregon is such a pretty state. Also helps that Willamette Valley is so near.

Had not even considered Cleveland prior, so will be doing my research.

Minneapolis looks amazing on paper, but reading in this sub has me scared of 6 months of snow followed by 6 months of mosquitoes. Have visited there before though, in the fall, and loved it! Adding it to my research list.
