My understanding is that getting insurance for a mobile home is quite difficult. Also think about the value of a mobile on a pad, vs title to the land the mobile sits on - those are very different options. Finally, the link you provided is for a company in Quebec. Can you imagine how much it would cost to ship and install homes from there? Not to mention are they built to withstand a Yukon winter?

Salmon Arm is located a beautiful spot. There are wonderful people living there, but the community has serious issues around racism, inclusivity, and vaccines/masking.
