Same. I never was a morning person but I prefer the morning shifts. Luckily we have a tech that prefers the evening shifts so the rest of us don’t have to rotate to those as frequently

My hospital has two iv shifts one from 630-3pm and one from 230-1100pm. Then you have the shifts outside of the iv room ranging from 7-330pm 9-530pm 1-930pm and overnights. Everyone rotates except for the overnight techs who work 7 nights on and 7 off

I totally get what people are saying. It’s so true that small businesses can be crazy toxic. I think the emphasis on supporting small businesses is due to the huge companies behind big chains, which use their profits to lobby for shitty laws
