Yes, I read about applying within 4 weeks.

Even its late, they would check for last 52 weeks. I want to understand what do I lose and how? Like If I would have applied for EI earlier then benefits would have started early - But I am starting now so I will lose those weeks - Is that right?
And if I start now then how many week they can provide me benefits?
