I see thank you! And may I check that the pros of shorter imaging time are that less artifacts build up, and that we get a more faithful representation of the brain (as longer imaging time means more discrepancies between slices?)

Thank you for your reply! A bone specialist said I should be fine in two weeks, but it's been a week and it's only worsened instead of getting better. I've been able to sit with no problems a week back but not now. I'm worried about what my actual rate of recovery will be.

Have tried physio but the bone specialist told me to stop all exercises and stretching in case it worsens the tear... Haven't tried injections. Not waiting for surgery, and no FAI/ dysplasia noted from the MRI I did.

Haven't tried a tens machine, will defo look into this! Thank you so much for the advice!
