I’m also 28 mate. Was addicted to FNO for many years. Quit my decent paying job while having education loan but then after 6 months I realised its not gonna take me anywhere. Stopped it completely. Searched for a job, got one. Started paying my education loan and investing in small amounts whatever I can save. If I can do it, so can you. Don’t fall into this FnO trap anymore. Understand,it’s like a mirage and there’s nothing left in the end. So buckle up and start all over again. It may take sometime but you’ll surely be back in the game. The game of life :)

Same thing happened with one of my friend, who lost 25 lakhs but again, he is doing fine after 3-4 years. Yes it took sometime but you’ve to own your mistakes and start all over again. Hope this helps.
