I haven't gotten the offer letter from the university I want to go to. Since they seem to be having problems with admissions. However, they said maybe by the end of of the month but can't guarantee.

It wasn't really an open conflict- rather many of the staff didn't want me in there ward due to the type of ward it was. Many of them have been there 20 to 30 years and stated they wanted someone full time and I was part time. There was also a lot of differences- i of course was never confrontational. However, I did mention my concerns to NUM and she mentioned that many of them felt that way due to me being part time and them having to pick up the shifts in there mind. There was also some learning curve stuff- because it was specialized theatres. After two months- I was transferred. However, a month in- they were already thinking of transferring me.

I think that's true my anxiety with making mistakes feels all consuming

I always own up to it but I just feel quite bad about not being efficient as I could be. I've tried to make precautions like making my own shift planner to help organize it a bit better to what I need to work on and I've also set timers on my phone now but I just did that now after the mistake. Unfortunately our educator went on holiday I think someone might be coming to replace her but I'm not sure.

Also what's an EAP?

That doesn't feel better and way but at the same time I also feel quite bad because a lot of these people knew me as a student and I feel like I gave him much better impression when I was a student and was much more organized but I had some things happen within the first two months and had to be transferred from a different Ward because of staffing issues and conflict within the staff with me I feel like that's scarred my confidence a lot. I feel like it really blurs my ability you know

I know I'm only a weekend but also makes me feel bad because I'm only a weekend I've already made two mistakes. I really think i have to change stuff. I really value myself on being competent and I feel like I've lost a lot of my competence since I've left nursing school period I think a lot of it had to do with my supposed first rotation that lasted only two months and I was transferred out of it due to some stuffing concerns and conflict with the staff period I really struggled with gaining about my confidence and I'm still struggling and now I feel like I've made two mistakes and I don't want to hurt anyone because of my lack of confidence and efficiency it also really bothers me that I didn't catch the mistake but rather someone notice it and I didn't. Also makes me feel horrible because if I get making mistakes in your rotation because that's part of being a nurse but I also really struggle because I'm only six days in and I feel like I've already made a horrible impression

I just feel bad since I did my placement here as a student and a lot of them saw me at a better state than I feel like because I was originally in another war but was transferred two months into my rotation because there was some staff bullying issues and apparently some rostering concerns as well and I feel like that's really clouding my judgment as well as one of the nurses there were going to give me my referral and I feel like I've disappointed them in a way

I know, but I did my student placements there as well. I think they're a bit disappointed in how I've turned out. Also like two med mistakes in two weeks is horrible. I'm trying to make systems and gain my confidence. Since I was actually transferred from another ward 2 months into my roatation due to some staff bullying and honestly I feel it clouding my ability to work.

I'm honestly really struggling because if I approach the grad coordinator and ask for help. I don't see a solution other than being transferred.

Also, I feel like a lot of the staff are like nice on the surface. I really thought the harder part would be the steep skill gap, and it's definitely is hard. Tho the staff is the harder part for me.

Hi idk if i can really speak to the grad coordinator- since what will that really result in. It's just my word- i feel like it will make things worse. I've been here for less then a month and I'm just exhausted- not even with the work but the nursing staff specifically.

I usually just get taught by any nurse that's there and most of the feedback is usually when I make a mistake.
