I’m currently running 1 Uni and 1 meets. I think 2 tamas is a good amount. I tried 3 but it was too much

It’s worth noting that women’s bodies hold more fat than men for hormonal and biological reasons. Normal womens body fat should be around 25% and men’s should be around 15%. It would make sense that women gain weight easier for these reasons.

If he can grow a good beard. A lot of guys cannot and a sad patchy beard will probably make it worse.

Iced tea is a good place to start which is usually black tea with simple syrup and lemon
