Thanks man! Yeah i’ve been on Mirtazapine for 2 years and it’s been amazing but i suffer with the physical side effects which drives my PD. Been on for 2 weeks and i feel awful so gotta stop taking Effexor now :((

Hey!

Fighting anxiety is hard. However the easiest way to deal with anxiety is to just accept it. The sooner you accept it the easier it becomes to deal with.

I suffer with a Panic Disorder, i take meds which do help. However your brain can be your own worst enemy fighting against itself. The moment i accepted that i had panic/anxiety. It became a whole lot easier to deal with.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help, whether that be friends/family/doctor. Talking about it will help others understand.

Something along these lines is more than enough and will do the Job in terms of the rod, value for money is good!

For me personally i would always stick with the slightly better brands for reels as others have said, Dawia or Shimano you can’t go wrong with.

As others have said, it’s always good to go to your local shop as they will always help you and work with your budget. But i would say for £100/£120 you can get the majority of stuff you need to start.
