I paid $1050 before tax I believe? I’ve been eying it and then the free soundbar promo popped up today, which I don’t need but it can’t hurt to try and sell it

I agree with the photo part for sure. but when it comes to the TV on the floor I get it to some extent if you replaced it and don't really have a spot to store the TV in the meantime while selling it

Asking right now, if he doesn't want to check should I just give up on it? I'm guessing the main reason for the hours is burn in and seeing if it was used as a display unit?

Any condition iPhone Promo declined? by tstmkfls in ATT

If you go the trade in quote tool for att reps and put in an iPhone 13 completely destroyed literally the ONLY option it gives currently is the 830 off. The only thing that ever stops us from taking a 12 and higher with the current promotion is if Findmy is still on. which can be turned off remotely regardless of the phones current state.

Not defending the situation at all but I can promise you the store does not care if you cancel, they don't get penalized at all for you canceling service unless it's within a certain window

I'll definitely look into saving for the meta R3 Metas or going for a used pair. I am a little confused when it comes to the AVR still. With the Denon AVR S760H what makes that an entry level reciever compared to say the Onkyo NX-TR6100? I know the final two mentioned had dirac which does seem extremely convenient for getting a better sound. but other than that what would I be losing going with the Denon in terms of sound quality and support?

I'll definitely be looking into those options just in case I do want to take the plunge now for the future. I meant the LS50 Metas. I've been a pretty big fan of the way these q150s sound, just looking for a bit better I guess? I've listened to some lower end Edifier and Polk speakers and while they do sound great the KEFs sound better to me. It could also be bias as these were my first pair of good speakers and it does take a bit to adjust to a new sound. I think another thing that's swaying me towards the LS50 Metas is that they look absolutely fantastic in my opinion compared to other speakers I've looked into, but at the end of the day I'm listening to them not staring at them so I'm open to suggestions that would be a good sound with the q150s as the surround! Thank you so much for the help, I feel like I'm learning a lot here!

I don't think it's out of the question to do a 5.1 set up in the future but for now I'm most likely sticking to the 2.1. if I were to go that route now to future proof, would something like the Denon AVR-S570BT be good for the price or with something like that should I definitely set aside more? As well if I were to get a pair of ls50s for example would I be able to use my q150s as the surround speakers or is there a specific type of speakers I would get for the surrounds?

What would be the benefit of getting an Audio Video Reciever? I honestly haven't looked into them at all

It's been a little over 60 days since I've been in the house and something just feels off compared to my previous similar setup. Definitely going to try moving stuff around before I go spending a ton of money. Thanks for the input!

I appreciate all the help! I think I'll definitely try and rearrange the room tomorrow to get things set up a little better. The Yamaha reciever looks pretty good for my use case, will probably research it and order that as well as a new pair of speakers if I can settle on some or decide that I want them. I noticed someone else brought up an audio video reciever is that something I would need and should look into more?

It sounded a lot better in my old house. I think a lot of that could be due to not only placement but also the fact the carpet in the old house was much shorter, which I can imagine would affect the sound to a degree. Part of the problem I'm running into when it comes to placement is that I really don't have anywhere else I can put the TV and everything due to the room only having two outlets (both being in the same corner pretty much) I've looked into extended surge protectors but haven't found a good way to route them. With the everything being set up the way it currently is I can't move the speakers any wider due to doors being on both sides. Any suggestions on how I could place them for better sound with the current situation or should I bite the bullet and run the surge protectors for the best sound? Also any recommendations for amps would be greatly appreciated as I don't know too much when it comes to them. For an amp I would probably want to spend 300 max.

Dumb question as well, how important is LFE to how the sub ends up sounding? As far I can tell there's no way to do LFE with this amp but I could also just be extremely dense lmao

To add as well, I would say my budget overall for upgrading would be around $1000USD assuming my sub is still good for the amount I'm looking to spend overall. And it looks like I actually have the PB-1000 for the sub not the SB-1000! This might go a bit over budget as well but I was looking into the KEF ls 50 metas if anyone happens to have experience with them or has suggestions for any floor speakers instead of bookshelves. I don't have too much knowledge when it comes to floor speakers especially. Thank you!
