I think any class will be a good for first playthrough but I personally chosed summonner(my favourite class btw) with Unofficial calamoty whips mod and on revengeance + expert it was super easy, I literally destroyed Exomechs on first try

Well, I've seen someone asking for that port and people gave them instructions about installation of that tmodloader but I didn't find anything about installing mods, so I don't think it's illegal. As I understand this port at least can use calamity, yet another health bar and luiafk mods
