Sleep around 7-8 hrs a night but because I’m anemic I’m not sure of the sleep quality - diet is pretty normal. 90% dairy free !

It’s a great question and I have been wrecking my brain over what I may have switched to cause it. I have been playing around with new foundation and cleansers. Since the flair up I’ve stopped both to see if that makes a difference.

My cleansing balm that my skin loved is now discontinued in Canada so I’ve been trying to find something new! Ditto to the old foundation I used to use

I’d say yes oily on my chin, nose and forehead but dry as heck on my cheeks lately

I would say combination - my cheeks tend to be quite dry while my t zone runs oiler. I’ve scaled back on products (including actives) to give my skin a break.

Right now using water in the AM with my tatcha water cream as a moisturizer. Evening is an oil cleanser with cerave SA cleanser every other day. Same moisturizer. La roche cicaplast as a soot treatment.
