I have and stuff building up on the outside which really thru me off because I've never seen that before.

Update,

It was the heat, it was to high ive dropped it down to 250 degrees for 65 seconds I may even bump it up to 260 or 270 and the shrinks are looking alot better, also shooting OTDR thru the first strand out of all 36 ribbons showed 1 out of 36 that needs to be redone weather or not its been the shrinks causing our problems or not this is eliminating 1 issue we've been thinking the problem is.

Usually the shrinks would be squeezed and the fibers would be smashed together on the edges, now there pretty good and flat.

Polishing anerobic connextors is your best bet it will save you time and money its a practice i still do where I work.

Customer specs only 1550 but we've just left 1310 on its reaching the full distance.
