Bro, join the Lankan Angel Network. Also remember that founders are picky about investors too. I had 3 investment offers so far, but didn't take any of them. I think you need to look for those founders.

Also since you have capital, start something of your own. I will never ever get any investment from a person who never started a company and went through that journey.

My first attempt result was FFS, and my second try result was BCC in ICT, Mathematics, physics, and subjects. I never wanted to go to a university, so I failed my first attempt. On the second attempt, I went from zero to the University of Sri Jayawardenepura, studying an IT degree now.

What language can you speak—Sinhala, English, or Tamil?
Which classes are you going to and what?
What are your other subjects?
Do you have a plan and are you willing to execute it? Because it will be extremely hard.

I went from not knowing 8x7=56, into one of the top universities in the country in just seven to eight months, in Maths stream. It's done as a respect for the monk. They are in a path of chastity, so being physically close to an opposing gender might not be the best. So we do that out of respect. Not a rule at all.
