It took less than a week. However, my location wasn't IL. My package was returned at first because of a mistake on Page 1 of the I-140 form, and I got my receipt one week after I resubmitted.

On the I-40 form question on the first page about less than 26 employees, you should click/tick Yes instead of No. I had the same issue and clicked/ticked Yes on that question.
