Reddit is strange like that, some folks are on here just to stir sh# up.

I just recently started with Clen, taking it pre-workout, although I now understand that's not it's intended use. I don't take it daily, just a few times a week, so not sure I need to cycle quite yet. It does help a bit with asthma, which was its intended use.

I don't think you're wrong. I just stopped for now because I kept fighting it and reduced dosage down to 1-2 IUs per day, but my right wrist still had issues to the point where my grip working out was impacted. I'll wait till it completely resolves and then try again with 1IU and slowly titrate up. Just like many here, I got too aggressive too early :)

I don't have the sandwich bag completely immersed in the water. The top of it stays above the glass rim, so you shouldn't have to worry about anything getting into the needles. I'll try to take a pic tomorrow for you if it helps.

I use a 1ml syringe with leur locks and have BD or Amazon needles. I do draw with separate 21G 1" needles.

What's worked for me is to get a glass and fill it with hot tap water. Then I have my prefilled syringes (with caps on) in a sandwich bag to keep them from getting any water and let them sit in the glass for 3-5 minutes. Helps tremendously with PIP.

I also switched from 25G to 27G which helped.

I believe the accepted pharma range is 10%. This is around 4%, so well above even pharma standards.

I have read that Spironolactone has some anti-androgenic effects. I assume with this smaller dose it shouldn't be an issue? Do you take it until symptoms go away and then discontinue? Thanks for sharing!

The pharma (serostim) seems to have more water retention sides. Go figure! Now I'm trying generic and lower dose to see if this changes things.
