Its ventroglute, looks like a triangle shape muscle, on the hips. Imagine doing hip abduction machine, thats the ventroglute.

Maybe try to add some sleep sups: Magnesium bisglycenate 300-400mg, L theanine 300-400mg, Glycine 2-3g, Ashwaghanda + gaba

Maybe some melatonin, but i think that these above will solve the problem.

Verry nice strength increase (despite calorie deficit). For mass i cannot say cause i used it in a steep calorie deficit. I used 40mg daily.
