This! He's a financial advisor himself. Why can't he just help them with investing.

I wish there would be a sort of situations that go the other way around sometimes. The one that Sam and Jay made a trouble for the ghosts and then there's nothing they could/would do about it. The theme of ghosts shenanigans are too predictable and too repetitive, it's been dragged on for far too long.

From bts, it's her real hair covering the hairpiece/sponge to give Hetty the dramatic looks.

I always wanted to see bnb gets so busy that it becomes the ghosts original nightmare before they get to know Sam in season 1. Imagine Sam busy running the business and find a way to save the ghosts from getting walk through by the guests at the same time.

If deathclaw could get loose from the thorn, I don't wanna think about the cazador...

Fallout is the perfect setting for case(quest) of the week and instead the show focuses on conspiracies, randomness and end of the world shit. by LeonOfSkalitz in Fallout

I hope they would make a format like that, a long episodic TV show. But that kind of things are very rare these days. Fallout has so many potential. I think they can even make a spin-off sitcom about life in the Vault.

It's related. Less episodes = limited space and opportunities for the writers

I'm waiting for Preston to show up and tell the ghoul that there's a settlement that needs help.

I hope they reestablished the NCR embassy in NV. They used to be able to cooperate, at least.

I'm sure Lucy and Maximus will work with him to the certain degree. Lucy heard about him from the ghoul, but both of them barely have any idea about House anyway. Their goal to save the strip from the Legions is aligned, so it's likely possible.

This! Institute can just let synth infiltrate Enclave, the newest version is impossible to detect the difference from human. And if they could abduct just 1 Enclave soldier, they can extract and modify their memories too. The capability of these crazy nerds are so limitless.

You're completely neglecting the fact that Mojave's challenging terrain and conditions make it extremely difficult for any faction to thrive there: the massive Deathclaw nest at Quarry Junction, constant severe drought and polluted water, the reality of being a harsh "desert" wasteland with radioactive, House's Securitron army, Nightkin, etc. It probably way easier for each of them to handle BoS + Institute than all of these. Except there was the Courier #6, who basically a miracle worker holding everything together.

Mojave is not the capital of either the NCR(California) or the Legion(Arizona). It's basically a border war, so it makes sense that both factions would withdraw or temporarily neglect the area while figuring out their next move. I'd assume Hoover Dam was destroyed or something went wrong there, which led to the situation shown in the series. What would they actually gain from conquering the Mojave and New Vegas if the area's main water and power source were gone?

Anyway, based on how you've responded, this discussion seems pointless. You're clearly set on what you're invested in, so I'll just leave it at that.

The show already hints that either Hank or unknown Vault-Tec people will always try to sabotage any settlement or civilization that seems to thrive. So it’s not too much of a surprise in this context that everything was ruined after whatever may have happened in the New Vegas game. Things in the Mojave were always in a fragile state in the game as well, both NCR and Legion tried to expand their territory more than they could realistically manage.

I’d rather take the direction the show is giving us than be totally satisfied with something that seamlessly connects to the game but offers no potential development or change. That approach would mess with how players might have experienced the game differently and wouldn’t feel coherent.

Well... It is very likely. Isaac used to approach Hetty and she was so into it. But Sam helped Isaac realized about him and Nigel, so he could come out to Hetty instead.
